Haskell Corporation offers laser cutting services. Our capabilities and specifications are as follows:
- Prima Power 5000 watt CO2 laser.
- Plate changing table allows operator to load and unload one table while the laser is cutting plate on the other table.
- Table size/max sheet size 60” x 120”.
- Mild steel up to 1”, stainless up to ½”, aluminum up to 3/8”.
- ASTM A36 up to ½”
- ASTM A572-50 laser quality plate up to 1” (low silicon, high carbon)

New technology allows faster piercing. Cleaner and smaller holes in thick parts.
We are an AISC certified fabricator. Heat numbers, part marks, drawings, and layout marks can be etched onto your parts allowing full traceability for structural, aeronautical, military, government, and other critical components.
We can expedite the cutting of parts for your just-in-time needs or, save your order of small parts as “fill-in” work to be cut with other work of like material/thickness when price is more important than schedule.
Our state-of-the-art estimating and nesting program allows us to import multiple drawing files in seconds, so we can quickly provide our customers with pricing, lead time, and material requirements.
One file per part is preferred for faster quote turnaround. Acceptable formats include DXF, DWG, DSTV (NC1). We can draft files from your hand-drawn designs or contract drawings for an additional charge.
